1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, your enquiries and consultations, and any diagnostics, coaching or membership you purchase from Odds Longevity ("Odds", "we", "us"). Specific program details — pricing, inclusions and duration — are set out in your membership agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

2. Health services — important notice

Odds provides preventive, performance and lifestyle services. Our assessments, protocols and metrics (including biological age and recovery scores) are directional and educational. Nothing on this site or in our programs is a diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan, and Odds is not a replacement for your treating physician. Always seek qualified medical advice regarding any medical condition, and never delay or disregard professional medical care because of something you read here or hear from us.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be 18 or older to become a member or purchase services.
You agree to disclose relevant medical history, medications and conditions honestly, and to inform us of changes.
Diagnostic tests and protocols assume your basic fitness to participate; consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition protocol if you have a medical condition.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through our forms and app.

4. Website use

You may view and share links to this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or reuse substantial parts of the content, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms. Content on this site — text, imagery, the Odds Method framework and branding — is owned by Odds Longevity and protected by applicable law.

5. Bookings, payments and cancellation

Consultation bookings are subject to confirmation. Membership pricing, billing cycles, inclusions and refund terms are stated at sign-up and in your membership agreement. Unless your agreement says otherwise: memberships renew per the agreed cycle; diagnostics already rendered and coach time already delivered are non-refundable; cancellation or pause requests follow the notice period in your agreement.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Health outcomes vary by individual. While our method is built around measurement and correction, we do not guarantee specific results — including changes in biological age, VO₂max, body composition or any other metric. Statements about potential outcomes reflect typical expectations, not promises.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odds Longevity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the website or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-party links and services

This site and our app may link to or integrate third-party services (analytics, labs, device platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your membership agreement specifies otherwise.
