Clinical-grade longevity

Add healthy years to your life. And life to your years.

Odds is a clinical-grade longevity practice. We measure what truly matters, interpret it the way a physician would, and build the daily protocol that moves your healthspan forward. Then we re-measure it every 45 days and bring the whole practice to your home.

Vitality in later decades
Lifespan is not the point

Most of medicine waits for you to get sick. We don't.

The years that matter aren't just the ones at the end of your life. They're the decades in the middle, when you're strong, sharp and free of disease. That's healthspan, and you can measure it, train it and defend it.

Odds turns longevity from a vague aspiration into a clinical practice: a precise baseline of your biology, an honest read from clinicians, and a protocol that compounds, quarter after quarter.

  • 01
See the risks decades before they arrive
Cardiometabolic, cognitive and structural decline leave a signature in your data long before symptoms.
  • 02
Train the metrics that predict your future
VO₂max, lean mass, HRV and ApoB aren't vanity numbers. They're the strongest levers you have on how long you stay well.
  • 03
Let the evidence, not willpower, do the work
Re-measured every 45 days, your protocol is corrected on what's actually changing in your body.

The Odds Method

A practice, not a product.
Four moves, repeated for life.

Every member runs the same disciplined loop. It's the one that separates real longevity science from wellness theatre.

01

Measure

A clinical baseline, not a guess. Bloodwork, VO₂max, HRV, body composition and biological age. The full picture of where you stand today.

What we measure →
02

Interpret

Read by clinicians, against longevity reference ranges, not the "normal" of an already-unhealthy population. Your data turns into a decision.

How we read it →
03

Intervene

A protocol built for your biology: training, nutrition, sleep, recovery and supplementation, all coached and delivered to your home.

Inside the protocol →
04

Track

Re-measured every 45 days. Biological age recalculated, wins confirmed, the plan corrected. Progress you can see, not hope for.

What we measure

The dashboard for your next 40 years

A longevity baseline goes far beyond a standard health check. These are the metrics with the strongest evidence behind how long, and how well, you live.

Cardio-respiratory fitness

VO₂max: the single strongest predictor of all-cause mortality

We test it directly, then train it. Moving from "low" to "above average" fitness is associated with one of the largest reductions in mortality risk in all of medicine.

Biological age
AXION & MAQ

Your metabolic & mechanical age vs. the calendar

Two reads of how your body is ageing: AXION for metabolic age, MAQ for mechanical age. We recalculate both each quarter so you can watch the gap close.

Blood & biomarkers

60+ markers

The cardiometabolic, hormonal and inflammatory markers that drive how you age. The chemistry of risk.

Neuro-state & recovery

HRV & Neural Check

HRV-derived autonomic balance and inferred stress and recovery state, so training meets your readiness.

Structure

Body composition

Lean mass, fat distribution and bone. The architecture that carries you into your later decades.

Strength & function

Grip & power

Strength, lean mass and movement quality. The capacity that keeps you independent for decades.

Wearables, in context

Your wrist knows how today went. It can't tell you how your decade is going.

A good ring or watch reads a few honest signals from the skin: resting heart rate, overnight HRV, sleep, movement. None of those measures the biology that actually decides how long, and how well, you live.

A proxy, not the chemistry

It reads light, not blood

Optical sensors infer a pulse from light at the skin. They never touch your blood chemistry, the cardiometabolic and hormonal markers that quietly drive real risk.

Estimated, not measured

Your VO₂max is a prediction

Wearables predict fitness from heart rate and pace, with individual error wide enough to exceed a clinically meaningful change. We measure it directly.

A vitality score

Not a biological age

Any "age" on your wrist is an activity-and-heart-rate score, not a reading of your biology. Closing that gap is what AXION and MAQ are built for.

Data without a doctor

The plan is the point

A device hands you numbers. Longevity lives in the interpretation, where a physician reads your full bloodwork beside your history and your VO₂max.

Where it happensOn your wrist, all dayClinical-grade, delivered to your home

Wearables are genuinely useful for daily trends, sleep and adherence. The point isn't accuracy, it's depth: clinical-grade measurement, read by a physician, is a different category from a wrist sensor.

The 45-day loop

Measured. Adjusted. Repeated.

Longevity isn't a one-time scan. It's a loop you run for the rest of your life, and we run it with you.

Day 0 · Baseline

Your full diagnostic panel

Bloodwork, VO₂max, HRV, body composition and biological age, captured at home and in-clinic where needed.

Day 1–7 · Read

Physician-led interpretation

A clinician reads every marker against longevity targets and translates it into a clear, prioritised plan.

Day 7–45 · Protocol

Coached, delivered, lived

Training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, all guided by your dedicated coach, in your home and on your schedule.

Day 45 · Re-measure

Proof, then correction

We re-run the metrics that matter, confirm what worked, and adjust what didn't. Then the loop begins again.

Membership

One practice. Three depths of care.

Every membership includes diagnostics, physician interpretation, a personal coach and the 45-day loop. Choose how deep you want to go.

A different definition of success
“The goal isn't to live forever. It's to be strong at 60, sharp at 80, and independent at 90. And to start defending those years now, while you still can.”

The bench

Medicine and performance, on one team

Longevity lives between the clinic and the gym, so our bench spans both: our advisors, research scientists and championship-level coaches, all working from one shared plan for you.

Questions

The things people ask first

It means the work starts with real diagnostics: validated bloodwork, directly measured fitness, and biological-age and recovery markers, all read by clinicians against longevity-specific targets. It is preventive and performance-focused care, complementary to (not a replacement for) your treating physician.
Neither. The best time to build healthspan is before anything goes wrong. We meet you exactly where you are, whether that's a sedentary founder or a competitive athlete, and your baseline tells us where to begin.
Yes. Sample collection, coaching, training and most assessments come to you, scheduled around your life. Certain specialised diagnostics are done at partner facilities, and we arrange those for you.
Because biology responds, and a plan that isn't re-checked is just a guess. Re-measuring on a tight cadence lets us confirm what's working, catch what isn't, and keep your protocol honest, quarter after quarter.
A check-up screens for current disease against population "normal." We measure the predictors of your future, things like VO₂max, ApoB, biological age and lean mass, against optimal longevity ranges, and then we actually act on them with a coached protocol.
