Contact information you give us: name, email address, phone number, city, and your goals or notes when you submit a form, book a consultation or become a member.
Health and diagnostic information (members): with your consent, data from bloodwork, VO₂max testing, heart-rate variability, body composition, biological-age estimates and related measurements, plus the protocols, plans and progress notes derived from them.
App and device data: metrics you or your connected devices sync to the Odds app, such as recovery, sleep and activity data.
Usage data: pages visited and general interaction with this site, collected through tools such as Google Analytics 4, and basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, device type).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health data for advertising.
Your clinical and coaching data is accessible only to the clinicians, coaches and administrative staff who need it to deliver your care — under confidentiality obligations. We use vetted service providers (for example, cloud hosting, databases, analytics and communication tools) that process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information where required by law, or with your explicit consent.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and improve content. GA4 collects pseudonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. We use only essential cookies by default.
Contact enquiries are retained while they remain relevant, and then deleted or anonymised. Member health records are retained for the period required by applicable medical-record rules, and no longer than necessary for the purposes above.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data we no longer need, and withdrawal of consent for optional processing (such as analytics). To exercise any of these, email enquire@oddslongevity.com — we will respond within a reasonable period.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and audited cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be communicated to members directly.
